Can This Person Sing?

Hey, my friend posted these on YouTube and I don't know if it is good or not because I don't really know a lot about singing. What do you think because if it is truly awful I will tell her to take it down. She has asked me to do this. I will post another pergunta with the other vídeos because I can only add one. :D

She could be louder because I couldn't hear her too well, though. And it might be good to have some instrumental to go with her singing. Then it'd be great. Like she could have someone playing the violão, guitarra for her.
But yes, I think she could be pretty good.
