Riddle time! 3 props to the first correct answer :)

A man is walking down a hall. He looks at a portrait and says "Brothers and sisters, have I none. But that man's father is my father's son."
What is the relationship of the man in the portrait to the speaker?

NO CHEATING PLEASE. If you're a real riddle fan, you'll try and figure it out on your own.
