REALLY URGENT: Sick criceto, hamster

Is there anyone who knows something about hamsters?
Please I really need help.

My criceto, hamster lost his upper tooth in December. Now the other upper tooth is too long, he can't eeat.
Vets know nothing about hamsters (at least in my city).
I need to cut thit tooth. My pergunta to you:

Is it possible to do it without anesthesia? He's too weak for it.
Can I do it using surgeon's scissors or do vets use something else to do it?

Please help! ;(

It could be dangerous to try cut his tooth. Hamsters can only grow one set of teeth and inside the tooth contains blood vessels and nerves.
You can try use a nail clipper: link
However, you must be careful. Other options might be to find other places like shelters (they might know about hamsters) if vets don't know how to treat hamsters. Just a recommendation. A site called "Petfinder" might help find a shelter nearby.

Thank you. The problem is that Petfinder has no results for my country. But anyway, thank you.

No problem. The nerve endings are mais at the root, so I'd be mais careful about the cheek area. As long as your criceto, hamster doesn't freak out when you slightly pull the skin behind the ears (this doesn't hurt them as mothers hold their bebês in this fashion), it should be fine.

I told you in the pergunta that vets in my city CAN'T TREAT hamsters. They don't know how, they only hurt him, I visited different vets.

Well there is a similar problem with turtle's beaks. I would recommend using something like a dog/cat nail shaver. It's really just sand paper on a tube that makes it spin around and sands down the nails pain free. You should DEFINITELY not just CHOP it off ok?

If I had a vet as a friend, I wouldn't ask for help here.
