Apparently you have to contribute a lot of stuff, plus earn the respect from your fellow Fanpoppers. It seems a bit vague to me, actually. If there were lots of trolls on one club (yeah you know which club I'm talking about) and you don't earn their respect, then do you still eventually get a medal? Hmmm, who knows...
