Oh God. "No bother" is the same as "No problem" and "Yeah, you're welcome". This mere reply doesn't and cannot indicate if he's interested in you or not.
I have no clue how "no bother" translate either way...maybe he likes you, maybe he just wants to be your friend...that's not a fucking translation from either view.
Just adding someone on facebook is not going to make him think that you like him... I mean, come on, how is he supposed to know you like him, if haven't given him any clues. As EatThis said, talk to him in real life... if you can't do that, then it will never work. People just hide behind social networking and thats why relationships don't work, when they start like that. Talk to him! And tell him you like him. Duh.
Hm... It says here that your crush added you back as a friend, but it doesn't say whether or not he knows that you like him and want to date. Hm... Maybe his cluelessness might be the reason why he's not asking you out or anything?
