Do you guyz think i am good at drawing???

It's fairly well done and it is easy to see that you have a basic grasp of drawing realism. However, this grasp is basic. Try adding a wider variety of value into your work and try to keep your shading consistent and neat, as it is a bit rough at the moment. Also, pay closer attention to the smaller details. That's something you will achieve with practice.

Or rather you're good at drawing what you see.

Try coloring the cornea a bit darker and add mais shadows to get a realistic look and feel to your art.
Also lighten up the pupil to make it shine a bit so that it looks mais human.

You have a good eye at drawing what you see. I can tell you're observant.
The shading is very nice too.
My only suggestion is to work on that little speck where the light shines directly on. It may just be me, but it seems slightly off. Nothing too major, though.
