Drawing ideas?

Today, I was planning to tell one of my friends that it was our one ano anniversary of being...well, good friends. However, I wasn't able to do so; he beat me to it. xD

I thought that it was very sweet of him to remember and then tell me, so I wanted to draw something for him to celebrate. The problem is that I have no idea what to do. o_o Thus, I decided to ask you creative people. What are some of your ideas?
