Why isn't my Sims 2 playing??

So, I downloaded some custom stuff into it, and now, it's all screw-y. It'll load up a little, and them just end and I'll be brouht back to my computer screen!!
Any help?

parsimonous.com-But I already had stuff from that website, and it didn't have any viruses or anything. Maybe I just have to restart my computer or something.

^ Well I download from MTS. It's safer. Also The Sims Resource. :P But I think you should restart.

Really?? I do have alot of stuff, plus I had furni, that was a pretty file. I dowloaded two sets last night, it probably overdid it.
