That is an excellent Q!well i will tell u the problem of the present gen:they just keep using the F word so very often.u know it actually gets on to ur nerves.i find that absolutely disgusting and it seems like thats the only word they know of.ask them what the word "sorry"means and they will say WHAT!
I'm assuming you're talking about the "mainstream" generation. The generation of texters and rihanna fãs and Hollister wearers. The other kids? The ones on the fringes? The ones who listen to the Grizzly Bears? The ones who can tell the Ramones apart? The ones who skip school to smoke? There's nothing wrong with them. They're in touch and they're alive. It's the mainstream kids we've gotta worry about.
They've become sheep. That's the biggest thing wrong with them. They follow what others do, they spend so much time socializing and forgetting to think. Forgetting to think... They're closed-minded bigots, in many cases. "That's so gay" and "go kill yourself." And they wear what they see in magazines and diet to get as skinny as their favorito model. They accept the religion of their parents and believe in it blindly. They don't pergunta their beliefs. They come up with these philosophies about amor and boys, thinking they sound all nice and wise, when in reality they're nothing mais than children who have caught a glimpse of the world but shielded their eyes.
They're also much too concerned with what other people think about them. I think that's much of why they're sheep. They don't want to stand out because they're too afraid of rejection. They tend to want everyone to have a good opinion of them, even though they'll claim that they don't give a fuck. They're just way, way too self-centered. Wanting the new iPod and the biggest house. atuação like they care and oftentimes believing that they do. But they generally don't care about anything except themselves. They donate money to feel better about themselves. They volunteer because their friends do.
And they're afraid to live. They play it safe, having a little unsafe sex at worse. They don't do anything. There's no weed and no cliff diving and no hitchhiking and no racing down subway tunnels and no mosh pits and no experimenting and no hopping on a train to see where they end up.
What's wrong with them, in a nutshell?
They aren't alive.

no, the whole generation of people. those people mixed in with all the other people under the age of like 20. all of them. all of us.
There's only something wrong with the mainstream generation. The indies and the gays and the punks and the skaters? They're alright. They know what they're doing.
hmm ... not necessarily. it seems you've got a case of prejudice. not every mainstream person is like that. and if they are, that's their business. what i personally think is wrong with our generation is that they don't know how to keep their eyes on their own future and take care of themselves. they always have their nose in others' business. they concentrate to much on that and don't take care of their own life.
1. Hate 2. Racism 3. Hate against homosexuality 4. War 5. Child abuse 6. Animal cruelty 7. How much people really care these days 8. All the greed in the world 9. Environmental issues 10. Humans itself It's just my opinion, but the world seriously has problems these days. And a lot of them.
