If theyre shaking all the time, then you need to see your doctor cos theres no way someone can tell you without seeing you, because there are lots of things it could be. It's probably nothing, but something called Parkinson's Disease is associated with shaking hands, however it only normally affects old people. you should see your parents and explain it to them, then go to the doctor when you have time, to put your mind at rest.

Well it's never really been a serious problem i just....idk ive heard its also associated with post tramatic stress disorder.
Ummm....well my mom almost died in a train accedent like 4 months ago, ummm....i was in a very emotionally painful long distance relationship that made me start cutting myself for about the same time, annnnd....ummm when i was four my father walked out on me n my mom i know that isn't recent but i thought it might count for something.
Well...ive moved on or ignored or maybe gotten used to or maybe surpressed the father thing. Im out of that relationship and in another very healthy one and ive stopped cutting though i still really get the urge. And i think im past my moms thing. Though i still get really down and depressed sometimes when im not around my gf.
My hands sometimes do that. It's annoying when I'm composição literária or something, my composição literária goes messy xD Don't worry it's probably nothing, but if it carries on for mais than a day, you might wanna get it checked out.
