I would bring my dad with me so I have some extra muscles with me as well as an emotional support. (I wouldn't have my medication with me and otherwise I would probably end up killing myself.)

A flint and steel set so I can light a fogo to twigs and wood that I get with the axe and knife. The reason I don't pick a lighter is the fuel can explode under enough pressure. I once threw a lighter at a rock and it exploded, I would not like that to happen.

Axe to get larger pieces of wood to make lasting fires, and the logs would help to make a boat. that I can use to get off the island.
