What do you mean por "items"? If you mean like artigos and stuff like that then at the beginning of the artigo there is a cute little button that says "fan of it"? and then you click it and POOF your a fã of that particular article.

like at the topo, início of your perfil page, seguinte to the props, there's a little trophy type thing that says *insert user name* is a fã of *insert number* of items.
There is a resonably large, green button, usually at the topo, início right of the item, that has the word "Fan" on it, just click that and BAM. You're a fan.
Ok. Say you want to 'become a fan' of an image. Under the image, To the right. Is a green button that says 'fan of it?' [Under that it should say 'save' and 'share' and views]
