I will say...confront her respectfully; Get her alone and let her know that it's YOUR boyfriend she's flirting with, not hers. If she wanted to be with him, she missed that opportunity now. Her plans on taking him will not work. At all.
Be perfectly calm and respectful, but very blunt when telling her that. If she wants to make a scene, don't react. You'll look like the bigger, most mature one and your boyfriend (if he has some maturity, NO OFFENSE!) will take note of that and may like you even more. :)
