Mrs-X: If you click "more clubs" under your spots and it takes you to the channel, and you then click on "highest medal", it will show you which fanclub is about to become a die-hard medal, fanatic, or a dedicated fã medal in general.

You find the "more clubs" option under the spots it shows you. When you find that, click on it and it will take you to the channel of clubs. Then you find the "highest medal" option, click on that, and it will show all of your medals; From fanatic being the first ones showing to dedicated fã being the last ones showing. Right now, the Rosalie Hale Dedicated fã medal I have is right under my only Die-Hard. That means it's about to become a Die-Hard soon :) The same goes with Die-Hards becoming fanatics, or clubes you're about to have medals for in general.
