RIDDLE!(nope,not on google ^^)

Yup its LunaShay hehe,the person who hears riddles in class that arent on google,so NO CHEATING!Here it is:

A human arm was at the post office,mailed to the man.The man didnt want it,so he mailed it to another guy.When he got it,he went to the woods with a shovel and buried it.Why'd they do that?
