Um i need help :(

Ok so my sis lied on my best friend so yea shes making it a habit now and its just so annoying and i told him our friendship was ovr i still got his back but... :( i dont know if i did the rite thing or not

I dont know wat to do its just not something i do often but wen i do do it it hurts real real bad and idk wat to PLZ HELP
