why is it when women put on lip stick they can still mover their lips!?

It's called Lipstick cuz' it stays on your Lips, It's not Lip glue Silly XD
And when you use Lipstick, Your NOT sopose to put it on the place where both Lips tuoch, And it won't stick there as well cuz' theres mouth water on that place, Whenever Lipstick touches water it turns into only Color, The Sticky-ness goes away, Well that's about it, Any other Questions?

the reason why you can still mover your lips when you have lip stick on is because it's not sticky and it is made for you to be able to mave your lips.

It's called lip stick because it's shaped like a stick not cuz it's sticky. It's just make-up. :)

we can talk because lipstick is not sticky so our lips don't stick together,and were used to it as well.
