If you stare into their eyes, they will look away, defeated. they attack you unless you annoy them.

but i was at Colchester Zoo, the othere day, and they said "Many people would say that if you go in to their encloser, they'll eat you, but that culdn't be mais wrong, coz infact, if you entered, they would RUN and HIDE, and they would probably come out after an hora AFTER you left."
But there are reasons that you're are supposed to be scared, they have sharp teeth and claws, which they will use on you if you annoy them or something.
