I think that the mastermind behind all of this is Aria, with some help from someone else (maybe Ezra)+ the helpers (Mona,Lucas & the N.A.T club) That is my best guess for the 'Real -A' , for now. If you wanna know why, just re-watch the show from the beginning and pay close attention to those two (Aria and Ezra)...if you're to lazy to do that just write here and I'll write down every single detail pointing at them being -A.
btw That person in the red casaco is only visiting Mona, in s3 she'll still be in the mental hospital.
Oh and I did guessed correctly about Mona being -A...just sayin'..

A bunch of people actually act as A, but maybe at different times. After Mona one person who was A is the real Ali. This may not happen in the TV show but in the books the liars were actually friends with Courtney, Ali's twin. Courtney pretended to be Ali for all that time so Ali came back and killed her. I seriously doubt it was Aria, Hanna, Spencer, or Emily that wouldn't make any sense.
