No,Jenna didn't kill anyone and even though Ali acted rather cruel to her like many others but she didn't touch Ali and to me it's still mystery whether she is or isn't alive I'm still in the middle not even relatively sure what to believe in the show and with the fact Mona is part of the A team didn't mean she touched anyone either would she have sent the texts? most likely but any other than that I don't think so that's what I think.
