Unfortanetly, he did. The book version was that he commited suicide, because he couldn't deal with the guilt anymore of molesting Jenna before. I think it's really sad, I really did like Toby.

I am not sure. Seeing Jenna's face I think that he is or at least hurt. In an interview with the cast they said they cant say which means they really cant say or they dont know. I think they are going to keep it a secret for a while. But I like Toby. or liked

Actually Toby isn't dead. In the previews and the shows they mention that Toby was spotted at a gas station and in the visualização for seguinte weeks episode Toby appears in Emily's car. So no he isn't dead.

No he's not dead in the book maybe,but the show no they staged his death so Spencer would see and become crazy and have to go to Radley where she joins the A team and meets up with Toby who was also on the A team to protect Spencer from A so Toby is not dead!
