The CW’s “Secret Circle” pilot has found its Faye: Australian actress Phoebe Tonkin has landed the coveted role, Deadline reports.

In the TV series based on the book series from L.J. Smith, Faye is 17 years-old and a member of the witches circle who wants to test the group’s powers. She is described as stylishly sexy and can play “the danger card.” She is curious about the new girl Cassie (Britt Robertson)
Tonkin has previously appeared in the Australian soap “Home and Away” and “H20: Just Add Water.” The pilot script was written by “Vampire Diaries” executive producer Kevin Williamson and Andrew Miller.
