Is it just me or does their song "Misguided Ghosts" remind you of the song sang on Juno?

The one at the end of the movie when Bleeker and Juno are cantar in front of his (?) steps and he's playing the violão, guitarra and their both singing. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
