ok these things happen to me when i go to sleep, like right in the middle of my sleep my body froze and then i can't speak and then like it feels like my soul is taking out, what does that mean, does that have to mean anything bad?

Is it like a spirit! please help me!!! I'm really scared! It happen to me 2 times, i mean it can't be a faint or anything, please! maki,jamahl! hina, aya, tenten110, casey, nara!!! I'm frightly scared!

Though it also happens to my sister! and though she had it too,i just don't want my house haunted, i always pray for god, why would anything be haunted in my house my family is good enough
