Tyler Hilton will return seguinte season for a few episodes. He will be playing Chris Keller again.
James Lafferty will be back, but we will only see him on about half of the episodes. He will be traveling mais with his new job.
They are already reporting this will be the last season for the show. We have heard that before though.
We do not get a full season, but only 13 episodes this year.
'OTH' will air as a midseason show. It will start around January.
Will Lucas and Peyton return? It has not been decided yet, but both have said they are not against the idea. Hilarie burton is a regular on 'White Collar' now.
We will not see 'OTH' in fall of 2011 except for repeats

I’ve always wanted to see a White Collar/Castle crossover and it looks like I’m an inch closer to my dream.
White colarinho, colar actress Hilarie burton is set to guest estrela in an upcoming episode of ABC’s Castle, EW has learned. Burton, who also played Peyton on CW’s One árvore colina for six seasons, will play Kay Cappuccio, a reality TV estrela with good looks, charisma, and a knockout bod. According to casting scoop, the tabloid darling has “achieved significant fame and fortune without possessing any discernible skill or talent” and “is famous mostly for being famous.” Sounds like someone we know… not that I’m naming names — because I already did in the headline.
The character, however, is mais complex than some might think, as she both relishes the spotlight and “at the same time feels like a prisoner of her own celebrity lifestyle.”
burton will appear in episode 13, “An Embarrassment of Bitches,” set to air in 2012.

I know many people including me don't know which ano or how old they are in árvore hill, but basing on 4x02 where they show Brooke's 18th birthday i might be able to make sense of it after all

If Brooke is eighteen in S4 than the time would be like this:

First season: Brooke is sixteen
segundo season: Brooke is seventeen
Third season: Brooke is seventeen
Fourth season: Brooke is eighteen
Fifth season(after a 4 ano jump): Brooke is twenty-two
Sixth season: Brooke is twenty-three
Seventh season(after a 14 months jump): Brooke is twenty-five
Eighth season: Brooke is twenty-six and in the season finale after the 1 ano time jump she is twenty-seven.
