One Direction isn't suing themsleves. I have heard that they are being sued por an American band that shares the name One Direction. At first, the American band said that the UK One Direction roubou their name. To prevent being sued for this, Simon Cowell bought the rights to the name One Direction so that our UK boys can keep their name. However, when the UK boys were on The Today Show, the música people accidentally played música por the American One Direction. The American band got mad and is supposedly sueing the UK band for it.
