Yo, i tried to do one a while back but i just wasnt dedicated enough but i come on fanpop everyday now so yeah im gonna try and redo this
the idea is that you must submit an icon of an Actor/Actress that the winner of the last round will pick and then after about 3-5 days of the last round finishing i will do a pick of the icons and the winner and runner up will recieve props. (The Icons can just be of the actor or they can be the actor in a movie)

so the rules are as follows;
Icons submitted must be
100 X 100
200 X 200
300 X 300
The Winner will decide the next Round
The Winner Gets 2 Props
The Runner Up gets One
