Why was Michael afraid of dogs?

I mean he had lions, snakes, etc. Any reason that you know of to explain why he would be afraid?

He never said he was afraid of dogs. He's had cachorros before in his childhood and for his children. There's a phone convo recorded you hear him talking to one of his cachorros in the 2000's.

He only said he was afraid of Elizabeth Taylor's little white dog. Why? I have noooo clue! probably bites at him or something lol

edit: actually if I recall correctly, he said he didn't LIKE the dog, not afraid of it
