I think the song "Stranger in Moscow" is about MJ's loneliness and sadness about being "Michael Jackson and not having a so-called 'normal' life". Then there is the issue of who to really trust in his life. In the song, he talks about the KGB- which refers to his paranoia (but rightfully so). There are people who used him and took advantage of him. Wherever he goes, he gets mobbed por fãs and stalked por papparazzi. He can't just walk out in public like you and I can. He has lost most if not ALL of his privacy, and he is constantly under a "microscope". His life is an open book, but without his permission. His life is like an unauthorized biography. No one truly knows who he is. That's one of the reasons, he loves children so much. There is no pretense with children and they are honest- they wanted nothing from him. That song makes me sad when I hear it, because you know he is telling us how he REALLY feels. But on a lighter note, MJ is totally hot in that video!!!! We amor you MJ!!!

A simpler version would be that Stranger In Moscow exemplifies Michael Jackson, not as The King of Pop, but simply as a man in a foreign land, disconnected from the world.
