Elbelle23 picked Eleven:
1-Killian Jones (ONCE UPON A TIME)
Sarcastic, tortured, badass. Originally was evil and didn’t care about doing the right thing but after some good influences and life experiences, he slowly started to change his ways.

2-Jess Mariano (GILMORE GIRLS)
Smart and quick-witted. Sarcasm is his defense mechanism. He starts off as being this jerk who can’t communicate for the life of him but eventually grows up to be this mature, kind guy who still kept his core personality

3-Jim Halpert (THE OFFICE)
Many argue that Jim is extroverted due to him always having a entertained audience by playing a running gag by pranking clueless Dwight Schrute but he is introverted. Jim is quiet, soft-spoken, private, and at times awkward by not properly expressing his feelings. (Popular example would be telling his undying love for Pam and waiting 4 years) He's intuitive by going with his gut to choose his decisions, such as buying a house and going for his dream job. He's able to see people's intentions and motives while others seem not to. He chooses things by how he feels about them and practically cried when Michael left with Holly. He even gives good advice to those in need. He also is spontaneous and gets bored easily.

4-Lip Gallagher (SHAMELESS)
Lip is extraordinarily intelligent for his age but can be incredibly irresponsible. He is self-destructive in his way and has problems helping himself. Lip is very loyal to his family and protective of his younger siblings, often clashing with Frank because of this. His playful nature can be seen through his interactions with his siblings, particularly Liam.

5-John Thornton (NORTH AND SOUTH)
Thornton is a classic example of "new money," a person who was born poor but has become rich. Being a self-made man, John Thornton has little time for people who complain about being poor. The way he figures it, everyone should be able to pull themselves up by their bootstraps just like he has. Margaret is the only woman who has ever made him stop thinking about money. By the end of the novel, Thornton becomes downright civic-minded in how he relates to his workers.

6-Angel (BUFFY)
Angel tends to be reserved and is often seen as more wounded up and uptight in contrast to other characters, sometimes even rivaling Wesley and Giles. His most prominent and mocked trait was his tendency to be overly gloomy and brooding. Angel was a quiet, private individual. He tended to keep up a stoic and brave face, similar to Oz in that regard. This personality trait partly contributed to his established dislike of parties, preferring to either not be at one or remain on the sidelines if he had to .Despite this, he nonetheless displayed a tendency to throw taunts and insults to his enemies or just those he intensely disliked. Angel also possessed a sense of humor despite his serious personality, usually in the form of dark sarcasm. Angel was also somewhat of a natural nurturing figure, easily sympathizing with the hardships of others and taking it upon himself to be the one to guide them through it. His chivalry and sensitivity frequently made him prone to seeing others as his complete responsibility, specifically "damsels in distress."Angel's protective instincts towards others are intensified towards those he deeply loves, even to the point of being somewhat extreme.

7-Chuck Bartowski (CHUCK)
Chuck is intelligent, friendly, kind, and personable. Because of the danger and reality of his secret life, Chuck struggles with maintaining his honesty and integrity, and has frequently been at odds with the deceptive side of his government work. Chuck typically plays the role of a peacemaker and to some degrees a negotiator, preferring to find a peaceful resolution to conflicts. He also has a deep sense of personal responsibility. Chuck strongly believes in doing the right thing, but objects to means that violate his ethics, especially when he has been asked or ordered to take advantage of his personal relationships.  Chuck also always puts others before himself and is rather protective of the people he ,".

8-Matt Murdock (DAREDEVIL)
He is as much a hero in his everyday life, as he is in his super one. He always puts the safety of others before his own, the well-being of the community is his number one goal.  He fights for those who cannot do it alone, and he never gives into fear or intimidation.  He comes from a modest background, so he understands the value of hard work, and he is a true friend to all those who seek his help or companionship.

9-Tom Branson (DOWNTOWN ABBEY)
Tom is a true visionary. He holds dearly to his political ideals and aspirations for a fairer world. Tom knows he will not always be a chauffeur and dreams of a future in politics. Tom has a sharp mind for debate. He enjoys reading the works of political thinkers such as, Karl Marx, John Ruskin, and John Stuart Mill. Tom is quite skilled at identifying the irrational convictions and customs of,"aristocratic culture. Tom falls madly in love with Sybil and does not hesitate to express his feelings. He is quite in tune with the feelings of others and knows Sybil feels the same way. After marrying into the Crawley family, Tom welcomes them with open arms. He develops an immensely close relationship with Mary, Sybil, Isobel, and surprisingly the Dowager Countess. Although Tom’s position has changed, he remains close with the servants downstairs specifically, Mrs. Hughes who becomes a mother figure and confidant. Tom can be a people pleaser at times, which sometimes gets him into unpleasant situations.

10-Arthur Pendragon (MERLIN)
Arthur is portrayed as being highly courageous, honorable, dutiful and just. Having matured and succeeded to the throne as King of Camelot, Arthur is no longer shown as the spoilt and self-serving character he once was and is far more bound by the kingly responsibilities he must fulfill. Where once he was somewhat juvenile and described by Gwen as a "rough, tough, save the world" kind of person (The Dragon's Call), his progression from boyish prince to adult king have seen a maturation in his personality. Arthur's fairness is a particularly noteworthy element of his character. Always portrayed as seeking to do the right thing, Arthur is at times conflicted when presented with difficult moral dilemmas, such as being torn between loyalty to his father and protection of the innocent. Arthur is a talented and charismatic leader, capable of inspiring great loyalty in people, though at times he doubts whether or not he deserves such devotion.

11-Logan Echolls (VERONICA MARS)
Sarcastic, messed up, can come off as super rude and mean but is very sweet and kindhearted

12-Jack Shephard (LOST)
Jack is presented as the perfect hero. He helps where he can and guides the survivors through their island adventures. As a doctor, he takes care of the other survivors and is usually the one to decide what step to take next. As a doctor, he's also a man of science, which sometimes puts him at odds with John Locke, a man of fate. He disregards the true meaning of the island and what it represents, not believing in fate or destiny.  Jack is portrayed as a nice, comforting guy. However, he can sometimes lose his cool. He has no pity for the Others and especially Benjamin Linus, whom at one points he violently beats on the ground. Like Lost, Jack's personality constantly shifts: at one point he can hate the Others and later he'll be playing a friendly game of football with them.
Jack has his inner demons, one of them being his father but also the fact that he constantly wants to fix things and not really knowing what to believe on the island.

13-Westley (THE PRINCESS BRIDE)
Buttercup's beloved Farm Boy. Westley is a brave, multi-talented man who leaves to seek his fortune, is reportedly murdered by the Dread Pirate Roberts, and returns, costumed as the Man in Black, to rescue Buttercup from everything that threatens her. :

14-Eleven (DOCTOR WHO)
The Eleventh Doctor was energetic, lively, eccentric, resourceful, and quick-thinking, able to spin things to his point of view and find positive outlooks in negative situations, and, while he preferred to settle problems through negotiation rather than violence he was willing to result to violence when he deemed it necessary.
More childish in nature than his previous incarnations, the Doctor frequently defined himself as a "a mad man with a box", and was too childish for the psychic paper to register him as a "mature and responsible adult".MThe Doctor was extremely impatient, needing to keep himself entertained because he'd "lose his mind out of boredom", and had a poor concept of time, doing a serious of tasks in an hour without realising the amount of time that had passed. Despite his childlike impatience, he enjoyed reading. After a growth in maturity, the Doctor's patience increased, When things looked bleakest, he liked to have those around him focus on hope and survival, usually with reverse psychology and brutal honesty.

15-Stiles Stilinski (TEEN WOLF)
Stiles is constantly described as overly anxious and curious, particularly towards criminology and mysteries. He is extremely hyperactive, outspoken and immensely intelligent, has a quick mind for puzzles and research, but is prone to distraction and flailing due in part to his ADHD. Stiles also has an extreme penchant for sarcastic quips. Despite his scatterbrained shenanigans, he is well-meaning and very protective of those he cares for, particularly his best friend Scott and his father, the sheriff.

OMG ELLE I'M SORRY I FORGOT ABOUT THE DESCRIPTIONS!!! You did such a great job with those, THANK YOU!
Perhaps you could use these descriptions for Jim & Westley, bc I feel like yours only tells what happens and not their personalities:

Westley : Buttercup's beloved Farm Boy. Westley is a brave, multi-talented man who leaves to seek his fortune, is reportedly murdered by the Dread Pirate Roberts, and returns, costumed as the Man in Black, to rescue Buttercup from everything that threatens her.

Jim: Many argue that Jim is extroverted due to him always having a entertained audience by playing a running gag by pranking clueless Dwight Schrute but he is introverted. Jim is quiet, soft-spoken, private, and at times awkward by not properly expressing his feelings. (Popular example would be telling his undying love for Pam and waiting 4 years) He's intuitive by going with his gut to choose his decisions, such as buying a house and going for his dream job.
