Now onto your actual question. Your username suggests to me that you might have a crush on Justin Bieber. Are you bisexual, or full-out lesbian? I don't mean to make assumptions, I just found that peculiar. Also, bisexuality and lesbianism are two wholly different barrels of fish, especially when it comes to coming out of the closet.
I wish I could just tell you to not worry about what people think and be done with it, but I KNOW that is easier said than done. Is the girl with whom you want to hook up with also a bisexual or lesbian? Are you interested in dating her, or just making out with her (I'm hoping that making out is what you mean por "hook up" because in college it means something quite different).
The first thing you need to do is make sure that your feelings are reciprocated before going any farther. That is, find out if she's interested in women, like you are, and then find out if she might be interested in YOU. If she is, then keep the relationship private, at your own discretion. When you feel ready to come out publicly, you'll know.
