can you figure this riddle out?

THE FRIEND OF MY ENEMY IS MY ENEMY BUT MY FRIEND , FOR MY ENEMY IF MY FRIEND AND MY FRIENEMY TO THE END.

i made this tell me your thoughts or so if you think you have figured this out. and please tell me what you think it means or rate how hard or easy this was.
