The OVA was released yesterday, so I think you will just have to be patient and wait. It's unfair to demand a whole OVA to be subbed and edited within the dia that the OVA itself was released. With the kuroshitsuji OVAs so far, it has taken subbers a while to get the english version released, but if you check up on forums.blackbutler.net I'm sure you will get all the latest updates. And just out of curiosity, would you be able to link me to the place where you managed to watch the RAW version of the OVA? :D
