What would you do if Justin just came to your birthday party?

i would go hang out with him

Hang out with him for sure! Plus my Birthday is in 3 days!

I would do ALL of the above (except for B) plus I would YELL my head off in excitement. Go hug him! Show him all my friends and family. Of course tell him my name (I'm not telling my real name to people on here who want to know). Sing for him (maybe he might tell someone famous if I sang good for him). Get him to give me his autograph. Get his cell number. Hug right before he left then say goodbye. That's what I would do if Justin Bieber came to my b-day party! :D

All of them (E), then go invite everyone else (friends wise) who I forgot & tell everybody else (not friends) I know :)
