What is your night routine?

Since it's currently night time, it's got me thinking about what kind of routines people have (if any) before sleep. On the nights I do not work the following day, I have no routine. I do whatever I feel like. But I need structure on work nights because I need a good nights sleep, and routine is the most important factor.

After work, the first thing I do is shower. I usually start jantar around this time so it can be cooking while I'm showering. After I'm in my pj's, I get in cama and watch TV - either 2 episodes of an hora long show or 4 episodes of a 30 minuto show...I'm very particular lol I usually focus on what I'm watching, but if I just have it on in the background then I play my daily games to get my bonuses on both my iPad and phone. I try to shut them both off an hora before bedtime (which is somewhere between 10 and 11 PM), but leave the TV on to have in the background. I'll take that time to catch up on a magazine or book I'm reading. Then time to sleep!
 What is your night routine?

Get ready for bed, give the gatos their treats and go on my laptop until around 330 am. I need to change my routine, meaning I need to start going to cama earlier. Maybe one day.

Aw you have gatos too? I have 2 right now. Trust me, getting a good sleep routine is essential to your wellbeing! Hopefully you can get one soon.

I usually take a bath every night, use scrub and face mask once or twice a week, then when I'm done with it, jantar is usually ready, me and my mum have jantar while watching a movie or TV shows (it depends), after it I brush my teeth, comb my hair that I let air dry naturally after bathing, often mum gives me a relaxing massage before going to sleep, especially on days when I don't feel well, am stressed, or have backache, then it's very necessary. Then I read a book in cama for some time. Then I just switch off the lights and since I have never been able to fall asleep right away, I'll just calm myself down and entertain por daydreaming, fantasizing, just escaping to my imaginarium. I write stories in my head (ones that I most likely will never write on paper, currently I'm imagining a crime story about a family that was mysteriously killed in their house, which later appears to might be haunted (but is actually not), and a group of detectives are trying to solve everything while unexplainable and scary things are happening to them and other characters, I know that I'll never actually write it since people's reactions might be a bit weird - after all I'm only a young girl and recently in my story there was a pretty intense scene when detectives find 3 dead bodies with their eyelids cut out, hidden in a secret box under the bedrooms floor, also soon the killer will cause a car crash, while trying to kill a detective who knows too much, but ends up killing the wrong person, and then they'll finally catch and arrest him, if I wrote it all on paper everyone would think that I'm insane 😄, but I write stories like that in my imaginarium for years and I amor it) also I often think about my (celebrity) crushes, things like that help me get my mind off of daily life problems so I fall asleep easily 🌙🛌

I do the story composição literária too! On nights I can't get to sleep right away, I just plan a story in my head and that always works. I would read your story, it sounds interesting and morbid. Just my kind of thing!

Take meds, brush my teeth, shut down the apartment, put on pajamas, mais meds, get my ice water and soda, turn on the fã and sound machine, check my alarm, say my prayers (tradition I still carry even though my mom's gone), plop into cama and good night! (wake me only if it's important! Like the TARDIS is in my room! *lol!* other than that DO NOT DISTURB!)

It is actually. A nice dark cool room, a big plush topo, início mattress, ice cold drink, a relaxing sound machine. I'm getting sleepy just thinking about it! *lol!*
