if anybody knows a guy or is a guy that looks like this...

kinda tall about 5'4

icy blue eyes or just blue

skinney

black hair

handsome.

Good point, but he is tall and skinny, and very handsome. Besides, no one seems to know what color his eyes are, and in some pics, his hair almost looks black.
