It's technologically possible, so why hasn't anybody decided to put up kiosks in various places where you can load up your ipod or other device with a bunch of your favorito category of tunes for personal use, without having to own or bother with a PC or Mac?

Please don't say "rights issues" because we all know that rights are easily negotiated for. What ELSE is stopping this from becoming a reality?
