How do I get rid of vídeos from My Nano?

I recorded it with the video camra. I want to eliminar one and add the other to my libary. Does anyone know how to do that?

When you connect your ipod to iTunes, look on the left side bar and click on the name of your ipod, then go to filmes and you should be able to check off which vídeos you do & don't want on that ipod :]

Just tried it. The ones I recorded with the ipod don't pop up. Thanks anyway.
