They were all sweet with Phoenix's mother, but when she was out of the house, they bullied Phoenix because she was a witch. But, when Phoenix goes back to Hogwarts, she's just like a celebrity.
Other: She also has a lightning bolt scar on her forehead, but she doesn't even know why. She wasn't there when Voldermort tried to murder Harry, so no one knows how she got the scar. Has a tiny little crush on Draco Malfoy.
