That is most definetley Meredith holding a wine bottle.. LMAO She gets drunk in every episode! But anywho, my eyes are telling me that Meredith is looking at Derek and holding a wine bottle. That means they are doing someting that involves wine! Err.. I guess I stated the obvious. But I think it is a good sign!

i think from last nights episode the wine bottle must mean they saved someone in the trial!
