My now favorite moment is in the 2x18, in the interrogation room :)
Guess that's because it's just before she breaks up with him, it's like the calm before the storm. One of the only happiness moment in the 2x18, cause even if the "i love you" scene (damn, Hightower, why did she have to be there ?) at the beginning, a bit after getting into HT's office (her name is way too long for such a lazy person like me XD), was really cute, it wasn't really "happy". This one was much happier, 'specially when they came back in the office ;)
