As far as I remember, Eric's creator has a different name, so "Godric" is never mentioned. Not much is told about him, really. What the TV series has done to/with Godric is great!
In the books his name is Godric but he goes por Godfrey. He also prefers feeding and killing children which is part of the reason he goes into the sun because he knows he can't stop himself from doing it.He kills gabe por squeezing him round the middle not snapping his neck. Also i'm sure it says that he has long hair but don't quote me on that one.

He's blonde with blue eyes and he isn't the Sherriff or Eric's maker. It doesn't say he's gay it says he a pedeofile
