I think that the writers just called it a "big plan" to make it seem mais dramatic. Mostly she was just being passive aggressive por atuação like she doesn't care and hogging the bathroom. exactly.... not only that couldn't be planned, it also made no sense. glee just... sometimes it looks like they do something and then just forget about it completely
I don't think she actually had any big plans, and she may have just said it. She probably wanted to win him back or something. Even though she said (in New York) that she didn't care about the competition, I don't think she would try to sabotage it. I also don't think Schue wouldn't let them compete if he learned about them sneaking out. He'd just be really mad.
Havent seen the episode yet as I live in the U.K but saw the promos and was wondering myself. Found somwhere online that said it was to visit Shelby Corcoran a rival glee club coach and the adopted mother of her baby dont know if you remember her.

I wish they incorporated Shelby and Beth, as they are supposedly in NY, but I don't see anything sinister in that. I really hope she'll get to see her daughter again, and Rachel will get to see her mom.
I t is obvious, Quinn ruined new directions chances of winning nationals, por telling the judges that kurt and rachel snook out to experience the broadway stage and new york city! those were her 'big plans' think about it!

No way. I highly doubt she would do that. They weren't disqualified, and I'm pretty sure their performance (and the kiss) were the only factors in the placements. Quinn said that she didn't care about the competition, but when she found out their placement, she was as upset as everyone else. Plus, she couldn't have known that Rachel and Kurt would sneak out before they went to NY. She said she had 'big plans' in the episode before. >:(
Shelby and Beth lived in New York as mentioned later on in season 3 , and I think quinns plan was to try and meet with Shelby or something but didn't go through with it because she was upset about her breakup with fin.
