After taking a closer look and searching pics I'd say that it isn't the big problem that everybody has pointed out.
Nostrils are naturally asymmetric, but in the pic it looks huger. I just think it's the pose.
Also, I've seen old pics. I could notice how her nose changed over the years (so yeah, PS) but her nostrils have been always like that or at least a long time before.
Look at the nostrils in the pic. I think it's from The Boys/Twinkle.

I noticed her nose was like this before debut, after debut it was normal, then 2011 ano it was like this again, I can't deny that she has nose job, though I don't care much, just want to know what other ppl thinks
