Cherry-Berry smoothie:
1cup Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante blueberries
1/2 cup Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante pitted cherries
1 Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante banana
1 TB spoon ground flaxseed
1 TB spoon amêndoa butter
combined all ingredients in a blender with 1 1/2 cups of water. if the consistency is to thick add mais water.

simple strawberries:
1 to 1 1/2 cups Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante strawberries
1 fresh banana
1/2 cup Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante blackberry
2 fresh kiwi
1/2 cup Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante mango
just add water (as thick or thin as you prefer) blend and enjoy.
homemade "healthy" ice cream:
4 Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante bananas broken into chunks before freezing
2 TB spoons amêndoa butter
1 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
blend banana's and amêndoa manteiga until smooth and creamy. add strawberries and vanilla and blend. put in container and freeze for 30 min for a soft texture or 1-2 hrs for a firmer texture.
