Look, no one hates Uk, it's just that your songs are not according to Europeans' likings. I really like the song this ano and the singer has a great voice and she's really beautiful. But last ano the song wasn't good. It was a disco song!!! I also think UK should promote those who represent it each ano a bit more. I think UK this ano will get a good place, possibly not #1, but certainly better than the anterior years...

I guess it's just politics. For example, in 2003 the UK got 0 points. That was the same ano of the invasion of Iraq, so that might have affected the results. Then again, the song wasn't the best itself...

Like in 2003, you came last with 0 points. It is the regional voting blocs that really get the original countries failing at their performance in the final. Mind you, Ireland & The UK do vote for each other, but the United Kingdom is just forgotten..along with France, Spain, Germany and other entries.

It is clear from the result that there was a political point to be made between the two countries that came 1st and 2nd.I Don't think the rest of europa cares too much either way about the UK, we give our importance in europa far too much credence, we are not as important as we think but we make a large contribution, and that is why we should leave the Union. We are the odd member of the family that nobody really likes. Even is John Lennon came back and wrote the best song in history we could never win Eurovision, so why take part!
