I'm aware that Shan-Yu is going to be the most evil. Like Tai lung is the most evil Dreamworks villain

^^Knowing this site, Maleficent might be voted the most evil. I think Shan-Yu deserves it though. He murdered the most people. In fact, I think he's the only villain up there to have murdered anyone.

^ I was going to say that I agree, but I think Shan-Yu is pretty twisted too. However, I think that demanding someone's heart be brought back in a basket just because they are deemed the prettiest one in the land is also pretty cold.

Pretty much he's just ignorant and greedy. He didn't even get a good fight scene in.
