Especially since I know the origins of her lair from The Little Mermaid comics. It was a living creature that almost ate Ariel and Aquata alive. Ursula had set up something that was almost a war of these half human half eel creatures kingdom against Atlantica but she never expected them to succeed. The whole thing was set up just so she could use the corpse of the giant beast that they had caged up for their own amusement or something like that to be her home. That is so delightfully evil and beautifully psychotic. Plus, it's really interesting to look at on the outside and the inside. You even get to see her victims as her "little garden." lol
