Rapunzel suddenly remembers everything/ realizes she's the lost princess? I think some mayor clue was missing there.

Did Gothel already live in the tower? because it seemed to me that she made the sudden decision to kidnap the baby when cutting the hair did not work out....how did she get all the baby stuff and supplies (she had to have taken the baby with her when she was younger so what town did they go to?)And Did Rapunzel and Gothel wall up the tower togeather? cause she had to wait till the girls hair was long enough before she could do that)....and did they have plumbing cause what about the bathroom and cooking and laundry and bathing?

Only two small things: Why did Gothel tell Rapunzel her real birthday, and why did she know how to use the flower correctly when nobody else did? (Though the latter one can be explained with everybody knowing it back in the day, but she hide the flower and the knowledge became legend).
The walling up: Perhaps Mother gothel originally used a latter, until this wasn't necessary anymore.

There are a few nitpicks, but no clear plot holes:
- Why did Mother Gothel te Rapunzel her birthday
- Hiw did Rapunzel know how to do so many things that she would have had to have known from the outer world
- I think Flynn's development is a bit rushed, and so is his relationship with Rapunzel

These are nitpicks, but not plot holes. I am definitely not a fan of the music.

All the Disney princess movies have flaws in them.

At the end Flynn did not allow Rapunzel to heal him, then cut off the girl's hair, why did not her heal him first and then he still cut her hair off? The result would be the same, just with less drama.
Not a plot hole just a little illogical.

^ You are definitely right, but you know movie companies. Always have to be dramatic

Again, mainly problems about how Mother Gothel knew about the flower ad how to use it and why she was the only one. I also agree that Flynn's development was a bit rushed.
Seriously, with all the unnecessary prequels Disney made, this movie should get one. It could really help clear up some confusion about... most of the things people are mentioning.

Because Eugene couldn't be sure that Rapunzel would still be in reach after she healed him. He took the one opportunity he knew he would have. Plus, if he had failed before he was healed and died as a result, Rapunzel would have been free of her word. If he failed after he was healed, she would have felt bond to her word forever.
About Flynn's development: I think too many people overlook that it's not really such a big development. Flynn is only a mask, underneath was always Eugene. And he let the mask fall for the first time because he thought he would die and didn't want to die under his false name.
