Well, I want to share some of my opinions with you, but I don't want to do it with topo, início ten lists - So I'll do one artigo for each princess, using the Top/middle/bottom categories from my last article. And naturally, I start with Snow White.
Character: Bottom – Don’t get me wrong, I adore Snow White. But I have a hard time relating to her. For one, I’m a slob. There is nothing in the world I hate mais than tidying up something – I don’t mind cleaning, but keeping my things properly sorted out is an ongoing battle. So seeing Snow White all chipper about doing it, always annoys me a little bit. I like her spunky personality otherwise – yes, spunky. She has the dwarves wrapped around her little finger, hasn’t she? She may be in the bottom, but in the topo, início bottom, if you get my drift. Role Model: Bottom – but not for the reason you might think. I don’t mind that she is essentially a house wife – there is nothing wrong with it, and she very much has the last word in her little household. I also don’t think that she is stupid, just incrível innocent. And there is the problem: While being innocent is something admirable, that isn’t a character trait one can learn. We can’t strife to be like Snow White, even if we wanted that kind of innocence, it’s just impossible.
Beauty: Bottom – because I’m slightly obsessed with eyes, and because of the art style they drew her in, there isn’t much about her eyes. Plus, even as a child, I always thought that they should be blue. But there are a lot of things about her design I do like – between all the black-haired princesses, I like her shade of black the most, and I like the way there is innocence in each movement she does.
Fav Feature: Her lips – she has easily the most beautiful lips out of all the disney princesses. Fav Clothes: As strange as it sounds, I like her rags much better than her iconic attire. That’s okay too, though I’m not too crazy about the high colarinho, colar and the shoes (which don’t fit into her time period at all and it really look ridiculous when she walks through the forest in them). But the rags look pretty good from the waist upwards, mais age appropriate too.
Fav Hairstyle: Between the two bows, I prefer the red one – the color pops mais in her black hair.
Fav Moment: When she is picking flores – being on the meadow, the wind in her hair that is so her.
Prince: Middle – Yes, he doesn’t get much screen-time, but he is truly dedicated to Snow White, and while I’m always wondered why he didn’t take her with him immediately, there is nothing really negative about him. Though with his looks, he is clearly in the bottom – mostly because of the lips.
Pairing: topo, início – and yes, I know, it’s totally irrational. But what can I say, I’m a sucker for amor at the first sight, and they show mais dedication to each other than most of the other pairs in the line-up. Snow White has no doubt that her Prince will come for her, and she is actually right, her Prince is true to his word and searches for her for months. Is it realistic? No, but it’s the kind of romance I wish could exist in real life. Plus, I can totally see this one working, Snow White doing everything for her prince, while he in turn does everything for her.
